HOW TO USE LA RUTINA

Step 1 — Shampoo (every wash, 2-3x per week)
Apply to wet hair. Massage into scalp with fingertips for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed.

Step 2 — Conditioner (every wash, after shampoo)
Apply from mid-lengths to ends, avoiding the scalp. Leave for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with cool water.

Step 3 — Mask (1-2x per week, replaces conditioner that day)
Apply generously from root to tip on clean, damp hair. Leave for 5-10 minutes — cover with a shower cap for deeper results. Rinse well.
